Applying Visitor Visa for Parents...Please Help

I am planning to apply Visitor Visa for my Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law

I got confused with the application process and I appreciate your help

1) Does each applicant has to fill up IMM 5257 and 5484 ?

2)Can both the applications be dropped at local VFS office in one package?

3) My wife Is pregnant, would it be wise to mention in the Invitation letter or just mention as they are coming as a tourist ?
