Applying Visitor Visa for my spouse after applying for spousal sponsorship file.

I have a question. As I am canadian permanent residence and I am going to married this summer in India. I would like to call my wife on visitor visa as according to our religious tradition she would have to visit our home within 6 months of getting married. So what can I do in this situation? And according to my situation what are my chances to get an approval for her TRv? Or in order to get an approval for TRV any core documents that can be used please suggest me that as well. Please and thanks

Hi,

The chances of being approved for a TRV are lower when one has a Canadian spouse. Having said that, quite a few people have been issued TRVs after sponsor approval/file transfer. Your wife must demonstrate strong ties to India: Employment, property/land ownership or a rental agreement, good financial situation without borrowing, previous travel history would help too.

It's difficult to advise without knowing the specifics of her case

Well She is having job in India. But apart from that she do not have any properties on her name. And she do not have any travel history. What other specifics you need in order to give me a suggestion. Because I need to know it that so I can improve our situation and make the decision because its our traditional ritual that we cannot avoid.
