Applying visitor visa for my mother || my work permit is expiring soon

Hi All,


I am on work permit status in Toronto and my work permit is expiring on 27 November. For that, I had applied work permit extension application.


My mother need to visit me in January 2019.

Please advice if applying visitor visa application of my mother right now will be impacted as my work permit is expiring on 27 November.
