Applying Visitor Visa for Minor child accompanying Mother to Canada

I’m applying Visit visa for my daughter who will be travelling with her mother.
1. Do I need to answer Yes to Authorized representative use ?
I have saved my online Portal application where Mother is the authorized family member in the application and it asks for IMM5476 form.
2. It asks for Digital photo for Minor and no such requirement for Mothers own application. Is this how it’s supposed to be ? I’m little confused why does not ask for Mother’s photo and I’m guessing it’s coz of Biometric requirement for Mother and no Biometrics for child.
