Applying Visitor Visa Extension online ! Need help !!

Hi Everyone !
Trying to extend my visitor visa online . Filled up all the questionnaire, upload all the documents but there is no option to submit the application form online. It just say Exit Questionnaire .
I'm using Lenovo laptop ( Google chrome)
If anyone can help me with this!!
