Applying trv from Dubai please help

Hi I m applying for a trv coming week I want to visit my sister in Canada
I have following questions please suggest

I am getting an invitation letter from my sis do you think she should also provide her bank statement or tax paper? or my statement alone is enough (around $20 k )

If you guys are kind enough to share invitation letter sample plz

Should I also write another letter stating purpose of visit?????

I m working full time in Dubai....what more ties I can show other than work

It is not mandatory for the Canadian host to provide his/her financial documents. It's up to your sister is she wants to submit these documents.
