Applying TRV for US H1-B Stamping in Vancouver Consulate

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone had any experience in the past wherein they applied TRV for US Visa stamping and it was approved? My wife needs to get her H1 visa stamped in Vancouver consulate. I'm on PR, will that be a red flag in this scenario since spouse holds a PR. Please provide your inputs.
