Applying TRV for my wife

hi everyone ,


i am going to apply for a TRV for my wife . I am currently a student in winnipeg ( arrived on 26th Aug 2013). Many are suggesting me not t apply now ... but i realy want to giiv a try

She is not workin . But has pervious exprnce of 5 yrs including 2 yrs of gulf experinc. she has been a house wife since last 2 yrs. Is tht gonna effect our TRV application ?

And how long shud we wait to know the result ? . we are goin to aplly thru bangalore office .

Brother don't apply TRV the chances are very low.

Don't spoil your wife profile..

Go with Open work permit as your wife is eligible is to apply OWP.

Rest up to u.

I have heard and see many cases of OWP who applied and approved.

If my spouse is back home (India) and I am here in Canada on study permit till 2016, can I directly apply for his Open Work Permit while he is still working in India? Doesn't he have to be here to apply OWP? If you have any experience, please share!

You can't apply his Open work permit from Canada until unless physically he is there...

He has apply his OWP made outside application by his own from the home country (INDIA).
