Applying to Express Entry and Arrima at the same time

Hello everyone. My profile is as follows:

• 26 y/o
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years | Evaluated by WES)
• English CLB 12 (CELPIP-G)
• French CLB 8 (TÉF Canada)
• 4.5 years experience with NOC 2175

My question is: Can I make a profile on Express Entry and Arrima and as soon as I get an invitation from either, I withdraw the other profile? I don't have a preference of region and I'm eligible for both programs. Can I go ahead with this? I understand IELTS would be required for Arrima. I can take the test if needed.

Thanks for the response. Will this surely not cause issues like misrepresentation of intent if I remove my profile from the other as soon as I get an invitation from one?

No. Officers don't even know your other file. Neither of them is an application.
