Applying Taiwan police clearance from Philippines

So I'm kinda crazy here right now, because I was a worker in Taiwan last two years ago for three years. And maybe the immigration will ask for a police clearance from Taiwan and I'm researching how and it's confusing because I was trying to download the forms it's still in Pinyin and can't translate on it's own.
So please help me how to apply a police clearance Taiwan from the Philippines .

Its annoying still the forms are not in English . Maybe someone can give me the direct link how to downloads the forms amd where to send them. Thanks.

Why not call Taiwan for assistance with the online application process.........

Honestly I ask a friend from Taiwan to apply a police clearance for me . I just filled up an application form and signed the power of attorney. Send the application form, passport and the arc. All originals not Xerox copy .

So things got so complicated. And honestly they pissed me off, last week they ask me for my old passport. And when my friend went there yesterday they are asking again for my new passport which was so stupid because why they didn't ask me for the both passport and it was so hassle. So what my friend did, she went to the meco Taichung to certify my Xerox copy of my new passport. And let's see what will happens today . And we will going to ask them bout your concerns. i hope there will be no problems like this with your application of police clearance in Taiwan

Hi ,I'm a nurse here in Kuwait ,and I need also Taiwan police clearance as requirement in my US application ,I once worked in Taiwan years back.im so helpless,I lost my old passport and copy of ARC..thanks
