I was applying study permit within canada, somehow being rejected. My US visa is expired.
Could i still applying study permit in US while i staying canada, by Mailing my passport back and forth? and go to a boarder re-enter canada, So i could get the study permit? Is there a way avoiding me going all the way back to China?
Could this plan work? Have anyone done that before?
