I applied for Permanent Resident through PNP Program. I received my AOR last week. My husband currently is studying and we wanted to change his status from study to work visa. Do we process it normally as we do if we did not have AOR, or is there a different process.
Also, once he submit the application, will he be able to work like a PGWP application? He will still have the study visa, its no problem regarding the stay but since he won't be going back to school, the study permit won't let him work. So I was wondering if there is a way of applying for work permit and still being able to work during the process.
