Applying SINP under implied status

I have to work to fill my six-month career for SINP , but a month is not enough to fill that career.

Q.Can I apply for SINP under implied status? and can i also get approval?

In order to apply SINP, I have to work for more than six months.
But the problem is i can work only 5 months because of visa.
So if my status is Implied status, can i apply SINP?

How do you qualify for an extension? If you apply without qualifying for an extension and your extension is rejected, you will not have Implied Status.
