Applying Second Time - Need to give bio-metrics again ?

I am about to apply second time for study permit.
Last time I provided my bio-metrics.
Now, will I again have to provide bio-metrics and pay extra $85 for bio-metrics collection ?
OR
this time these are not required ?

Yes, everytime u hv to give biometrics...i also applied second time wd biometrics still waiting...
