Applying PR (husband) frm outside Canada

Hi all

I want to know that if there is possible for applying PR(CEC) while i am outside of Canada.

My case is this

My wife is in Canada now in Post graduate work permit and having job in Toronto in NOC category. We are planning to apply PR together is that possible that we will apply PR together one from inside Canada and one from outside Canada with CEC please help .....

Only the person who has 1 year of valid experience under the right NOC code i.e. 0,A or B. may apply for CEC.
And they can include all their family members within the application

You dont have to apply twice with for the same.

One year.

she can add you as a Dependent on her PR application and she will be principal Applicant..

Processing time varies for every case 6-14 months
