There's no specific immigration program for non profits. You will need to qualify and be selected through one of the regular streams.

If you want to apply through that program, your employer must meet all requirements. If your employer does not meet those requests, then you'll need to look at other programs like Express Entry.

So look at Human Capital Stream and see if your NOC is selected (healthcare, trades, IT), and you may be eligible. For the OINP job offer streams, the non profit must meet revenue and staffing requirements. That is mandatory.
