Applying PGWP from within Canada and getting permit and visas in my home country

Hello everyone. I am going to graduate from the University with Ph.D. soon. After that, I am going to apply for a post-graduate work permit. My plan is to apply for a post-graduate work permit from within Canada and get a work permit and visas in my home county. How do you think is it possible or not? Thank you for your comments.

You have to get your permit first before you can apply for a visa. Cic would send it to your Canadian address and then you can have someone who lives with you send it to you in your home country through courier. Once you get your permit you can apply for the extension of your visa in your home country.

It's possible. However TRV processing times are quite long right now in many places and you may find yourself stuck in your home country for many months. That's the one risk with this plan.
