Applying Open WP Inside Canada - Form IMM5710 Question <PLS HELP>

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply for an open work permit inside Canada because my spouse is a skilled worker.
I understand that I dont need an LMO anymore to apply for the WP.
My question is, I dont have work nor a job offer yet so I dont know what will I put/enter in the work/employer, duration of work, job title and even the work description section of the IMM5710 form.

Please help me what to put in those fields.
I am a visitor here in Canada and would want to change my status to Worker.

Also, just an additional question.
My spouse in working here in Alberta.
If an open permit is granted to me, can I look for a job in Ontario or should I look for work here in Alberta because my open permit is dependent on his permit? Please let me know. I know I have posted this question already, but there seem to be no one replying..

Hi ,

You just need to say Not applicable to all the respective fields.
The duration will be any nearest future date to till the end of ur status.
If u get an open work permit you can work any where in canada for any employer.

Let me know if need any other information.

yah thats true , you just need fill all the information and at the bottom there will be space for the signature and date.So u can type ur name and date and validate the form.
