I see that one can now apply online for a visitors visa. It's time to renew my parent's visitor's visa and I'm wondering if I can apply online on their behalf. I tried to follow the "find out if you are eligible to apply" questionnaire in the CIC website, and after asking a lot of questions about the visitor, it asks if I want to apply on behalf of a family member... I say "yes" and the questionnaire starts over. So, I am not sure if I must enter /my/ details in the first part of the questionnaire (some of those questions don't seem to apply to someone who already lives in Canada), then my family member(s), or if I have to answer with my family member's details twice.
