Applying in Canadian University

I would like to apply in a Canadian University, i have recently completed my A level and got a final grade of D, D, E. Which university would except these grades in Canada?

A school may accept you but it will be challenging to get a student visa given your grades.

Just also to add in, what if i use my IGCSE grades with more acceptable grades of A, B, and 5 C's. Would i have to do a foundation course first before joining the university.

It is up to the university and government but they know the international schooling system and will probably ask whether you have A levels since they haven't received them.

Is it possible to apply to a Canadian University for Graduate courses under the use of another International Undergraduate Degree?

Not sure if I understand your question but yes many people apply to do graduate degrees after doing their undergraduate studies in their home country.

Sir I am Arun Pradeep from India. I wanted to study in Canada for post gradutae diploma courses. I have completed my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from 2010 - 2014. But, the problem is that I'm having a history of arrears with 20 plus. So, is that possible to study in Canada. And I've completed my IELTS exam with a overall band score of 6 with individual not less 5.5. Please advise.

Yes. You will likely run into the same problems with your marks though.
