I have all stuffs ready for application but my IELTS is in July 2014. And i might have to apply by the end of July/Aug?

Do you think i will make in time ?

yours is kind of a cold one, which doest mean you don't need to rush, I would say you will be fine by the end of July/Aug. Anyway don't waste a single day after you get everything ready.
