Applying from US and moving to India

Hi Friends,
I am planning to apply for SKW from US in the next month and due to project demands I might move to India around May. Given this scenario can you please help with following questions?
1) Would my move to India any way impact my visa processing?
2) How much time will be given for "Landing in Canada" given the fact that I am given the visa ?
3) Is it really advisable to apply for SKW as I might be moving to India in a few months? Or wait to move to India and then apply for SKW?

Landing time allowed till the validity of the visa, which is before the expiry of your medical examination.
My openion is that if you are defenite about your move to India, it would be better you apply from there.

If you r definite to move to India in couple of months, I would suggest to apply from India. Before that you can get the FBI finger print clearance document which is very much required in the process. If possible get the recommendation letter from your client before leaving the country. This is my personal opinion.
