applying from UAE

Can i apply from UAE As i am from Pakistan.I am living here since 7 years and my wife is also applying from here as we got married last year and she is here since one year.Can i use my Bank statement for her visa application.some one please send me the Plan of study.Cover letter

My first advice in order of priority:

1. Find out from CHC website which consulate you can apply from.After doing this step by step you shall be knowing very well what you are doing ok.
2.Under what category are you applying?
3.Why dont you secure your visa first and then she can join you later.If you apply together you shall need bank statement with big funds
3.You can use your bank statement provided you have enough funds.
