I am 36 year old from Pakistan. I have 3-year temp residency in Poland based on work. I would like to apply for a visit visa to Canada as our company wants to purchase services of a Canadian technology firm. I am not sure if I ever applied for a visit visa to Canada before so I don't know what to say on the application. My name has changed since 2008 and I want to know if I should mention that on my TRV application or just answer questions about previous travel to Canada as accurately as I can. All I remember is that I have never applied to Canada.

Also are these documents sufficient to prove close ties to country of origin:

Visit Reason: Purchase of Services from a Canadian Company

Attached documents:

0. Poland Temp Residence Card
1. Family Certificate In Pakistan (ties to home country)
2. Bank Statement showing salary deposits for 3 months
3. Own house worth over 300,000 CAD in Pakistan
4. Letter from a Canadian company inviting me to an event in Vancouver
5. Previous travel to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Latvia (EU)
6. Health insurance
7. Letter from employer saying it's okay for me to travel and they expect me back
8. Confirmed hotel booking
9. Return flight ticket reservation
10. An affidavit from the employer in Poland that they are responsible for travel costs.

Is this sufficient?
