I was wondering if I could go outside of Canada while I am applying for the PGWP, actually I was thinking in to apply from my homeland, stay there 2 month and then apply.
From what I know it's recommended to apply for the PGWP within Canada and stay there until you get it approved. You can apply overseas as well but I think it's more complicated IMO.
I also talked to my school immigration advisor and he said that you should never apply within canada and then leave while still waiting on your results. BTW remember that the 90 days for your PGWP starts once you get your final marks so you should consider applying sooner than later! Hope this helps!
