Hi , I am work permit status , looking to apply for visitor visa for my brother. He is 23. He will writing final exam for his bachelors this May. and also doing part time job at the time. He will take admission into Masters soon. I am also buying house next month. So thinking to use that as reason for visit as I want to share this happiness with my family members. Have also applied for my parents visitor visa already. But for my brother I dont understand how should we show proof of funds.

His proof of funds are his bank accounts. He shows ties to return (job offer with letter, tuition paid for school etc.), travel history and funds.

So show father’s bank accounts. Whether IRCC will consider funds given he is not a dependant (over 22) will only be know if approved. Since he is single, he really has no family ties so his ties to return (job, schooling) needs to be very strong.

He is over 22 so your parents funds are not his funds. He includes his own accounts. IRCC don’t have to consider your parents funds. Needs to show reason for return so if doing a masters then paid tuition and proof of registration.

So in this case , would it be okay if we transfer funds to his account ? or we need to provide the proof of funds present in account

That raises red flags as need to document why funds were transferred. Funds should be in the account for around 6 months
