It is almost impossible to secure a job offer from outside of Canada given employers are not willing to spend the money or time unless someone has unique skills not readily available in Canada.
Also be aware there are many scam job offers mainly with offers in hotels, construction, oil/gas and farming. If any offer includes any one of accommodation, food or flights it will be fake. If you come across any agents promising either a job or a permit in a specific time frame that will also likely be fake given agents have zero influence on obtaining any permit.
