Applying for working permit in the philippines thru vfs but currently working in Saudi

Hello im a newbie here.. please i need your opinions. Im currently working here in saudi arabia and i applied as a caregiver in canada. Had a positive LMIA released last july 24 and done my medical as upfront at jeddah last september 6 and 18. My agent (who is in canada) instructed me to apply for work permit in the philippines thru VFs global so i sent all my documents including receipt of my medical and passport. What's bugging me is that is it okay that my work permit is processed in the philippines while im here in Saudi Arabia and are there going to be a problem in the future with that kind of processing? I really appreciate your opinions.Thanks
