Hi all,

I would like to know the process of applying for the work-permit, as my PGWP will expire in few months.

I was hired as Junior Project Manager by an employer while I was on my PGWP, hence there was no LMO involved in the process. But, as now my PGWP will be expiring soon(4 months from now), I need to apply for my work-permit.

What would you suggest, that I should do? How this LMO thing works? How much time it will take?

Thanks and regards

1. The employer has to apply for a LMO, but as you are on a PGWP the position doesn't have to be advertised. Depending on the province anywhere from 6-20 weeks.
