Applying for work visa with active 498a FIR

My employer is going to sponsor work visa very soon, to get all the paper work completed I need to get a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) as well.

I have a false 498A, DP 3/4, 323, FIR against me in India which is currently under investigation. Please guide me how shall I proceed with getting clear PCC so my work visa process is not impacted.

To the best of my knowledge, you can't get a PCC while the charges are still pending. You have to wait until the charges are either dropped or decided in court.
