Applying for Work Visa After AOR.

So the situation is as follows:
We submitted and received our AOR having my spouse as a primary applicant on the 17th of March.

Now my company is interested to.move me to Canada. We are LMIA exempted as it would be an intra company transfer.

I wanted to ask:
Would there be a problem if I apply for work visa while the PR application is in process.
