Applying for work permit after restoration of status as visitor

Hi everybody,
I was under post diploma work permis, after it's expired send to restore my status that I did as visitor. Meanwhile I have applied already for my PR ( I have the file number).
I wonder if i'm eligible to applied for Work permis
Please help me

Here is my timeline.
February 2017- application made to restore my status as visitor. Still waiting for result. Any idea how long will it take.
April 2017- lmia based WP application. Still waiting for result.
