Applying for VTU Transcripts

Q1: Can I send the envelope(transcript application) via post directly from UK to the VTU, Or should I need to send it to my family back in India and then ask them to post it to VTU?
Q2: For WES, degree certificate attestation is required or not required?

I have recently applied for transcripts from VTU for my IQAS verification. Due to the pandemic situation the university was not letting any one in the campus so I was really in trouble as the admission for the colleges in abroad was started. After searching in Google I went through MAIL TRANSCRIPTS and applied with them for my transcripts. within 15 days the university directly Emailed the documents and my portal was updated. The main credit goes to MAIL TRANSCRIPTS without whom the process would not have started yet. Thanks to MAIL TRANSCRIPTS for their amazing work, highly recommended to every one for TRANSCRIPTS.
