Can a permenant resident invitation letter acceptable for visitor visa. Is it a strong invitation or not ?

Yes PR can invite a visitor. Invitation letter is a very small part of the TRV approval process. Ties to home country, savings, previous ibtwrnational travel, etc. are major considerations for TRV approval/refusal.
I am a student and studying in university in my home country. Recently I got United Kingdom visitor visa my parents has own bussiness and they also support me if I apply for Canada should I get visitor visa and how much chances of approval.
