Applying for Visitor Visa for Spouse @ Application in progress (PR Express Entry)

HI all,


An advise would be appreciated;

I have applied for PR through CEC category. Currently I don't have a job sue to this COVID-19.

While in the application in progress stage can my spouse apply for Visitor Visa?
Will I need to have a job or job offer or currently working status for my spouse to apply for Visitor Visa?

Your spouse can certainly try. If approved she'd need special authorization to travel as well. Will all depend on her ties at home and whether the visa agent is convinced that she is only coming on a temporary visit.

But nowadays are they accepting visiting visa
