Applying for Visit Visa .. Need Guidance

Hello,

I intend to apply visit visa from Pakistan .. My Sister is Permanent Resident of Canada, Rest of my family is in Pakistan .. Am 30years .. Permanent job in Bank also Student of MBA ..
How much should i show the bank balance .. ?
Proof for Return to hometown .. ??
Docs related Job and University ??
Since 2012 i have been Iraq 4 times on visit visa should i show it in my travel history .. ??
Any more documents to strengthen the case ?
