Applying for Visa

Hello ,i want to go to Canada for work , and maybe eventually stay there for good and i have some questions to ask.
When abouts should i apply for visa for 2015,
How long would the making of a visa take,
How much would the whole visa process cost and what kind of visa would i need?

I am 18 years old From Lithuania, live in Ireland but have never worked, finished high school, no qualifications.
