Applying for US Visit on visiting Canada

Hi, My parents are in Canada on visit visa, they have 5 years of Canada visit visa and same for UK. Can I apply for their visit visa for US on their visit visa status in Canada? I can show my ties and job for them having 120K per year? Their property at back home?

Sure, they can apply while in Canada. Note that it's taking a while to get an interview these days.

Their application should be focused on their ties and funds (not yours). Your ties don't help their application.

Thank you, do I need their bank statement from Pakistan? Because while applying for Canada and UK visa I showed my bank statement for them.
