Applying for US visa while Canadian visa stamp expired holding a PGWP

Hi I wanna apply for US visa I have got a PGWP, but my visa stamp is expired on my passport, can I apply for US visa and then later apply for the Canadian visa stamp.
And how I suppose to apply for US visa and what documents ate required
Answers will be appreciated

You can apply, there is no requirement which country gives visa first.

But I would get Canadian Visa first, Then apply for US visa.
