My cousin in Canada will invite me to visit before the holidays. I'm 28 years old, single, working as a company nurse for 5 years, has money in the bank amounting to P450,000 and has a lot title under my name (shared with 3 other siblings). Is it sufficient to provide documents such as COE, letter from employer stating LOA, payslips, bank certificate and statements and the lot title? Plus the fact that my parents who are both senior citizens live with me and I really need to go back after my visit. (my sister will take care of them while I'm away). What are my chances of getting a TRV?
