I just received my Post graduate work permit for 3 years, but before I could get my TRV, there were some extenuating circumstances because of which I had to come back to India, now the problem is that India is prioritizing students rather than workers for visa.
I'm trying to apply online through the IRCC website, but when I put my current country of residence India, it takes me to PGWP application rather than TRV, if I put Canada then, I can apply for TRV and there is an option for application from outside canada.
I'm confused. It would be of great help if someone had a similar problem and how they solved it.
