Applying for TRV for first time need help

Hello all , I am working with private company the company is sending me to a business meeting to Canada for a week.

Invitation letter is sent from Canadian company,
Ties to my home country is my 4 years daughter and husband. My job
I personally don't have bank account statements because I receive my salary cash and spend cash
I have no travel history
The travel funds ( hotel online booking + return tickets + food + transport ) would be paid by my company where I work. They will pay me around 3k$ for a week trip cash for food and transport

Please guide me what supporting documents I would need to have a strong application , I don't want to be refused this meeting is very important for my career

Hi,

You must include:
1. Your employment letter + 6 months pay stubs + an authorization letter deputing you for the business visit + 2 years ITRs + letter/salary statement stating you are paid in cash + proofs of hotel and flight bookings, and your employer will pay for your expenses

2. Evidence of business association between the Canadian company and your employer

3. Company profiles of the Canadian company and your employer + contact details of your manager/HR

4. An explanation + evidence why you (and not someone else) must visit + why a visit is necessary in the first place

5. A day-by-day itinerary stating exactly what you will do each day + expense estimates

6. Ties to your country of residence: Marriage certificate + copy of your husband' passport + birth certificate of your daughter + proofs that you live together at the same address + if you have a rent agreement for your house then a copy of it/2-3 months recent rent receipts + personal financial investments + personal pension fund investments, etc
