hello everyone,
I am a Jordanian and I am in Canada (Nova Scotia) for a visit.. during my visit I was told of the provincial nominee program so I applied and got approved.
I received a job offer from an employer in Nova scotia and I also got a supporting letter from NSPN program to exempt me from having to submit a LMO.
I want to apply for a temporary work permit however I was told I need to submit it to my home country VAC.
my questions are:
1- Do I need to go back to Jordan to submit it? or can I stay in Canada until its approved?
2- Do I need to submit my passport or a copy of it Is sufficient?
finally is there any other way to get this processed\approved without leaving Canada as I don't see it feasible t leave the country to come back to it again??
appreciate your response as I am really confused!
thanks!
