Applying for Super Visa inside Canada

Hi;
My mother resides in Canada after being granted a Super Visa since year 2012. Her Super Visa will expire by end of Aug. When I tried to apply for another New Super Visa, while she resides in Canada, I realized that the Visa Office in Port Erie (The one we applied for Super Visa before is Closed).
My Question is: Can We apply for my Mother New Super Visa while she is inside Canada? If yes, where do we send the Application for Super Visa to.

I have a similar situation with my mom.She is in Canada right now under Super visa w/c expires July 21,2018.Her visitor permit expires at the same time.I would like to re-apply for her super visa inside Canada and extension for her visit.Will you able to apply online for her super visa inside Canada? If yes ,Would you able to share to me the forms you used for online application? I tried applying online but it only shows application for extension but not the super visa.Your response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Nope Supervisa has to be applied from Home Country. There are tons of threads on the same, you can search it yourself.
