applying for Study visa after 7 year gap? kindly guide

Sir, kindly tell whether or not I have a Chance to get study visa.......My Age 32 years
IELTS Score-7.5 overall
10th-66%-year 2000
12th 46%-year 2002
one year gap
B.tech-Mechanical Engineering-69%-2003-2007
one year gap
MBA(in HR)-66%-year 2008-2010
Working as Mechanical Engineer from 2011 to until now(2017)........also uploaded my case for immigration in express entry 2015 but it got expired in 2016 ...........

The first question can I apply for study visa........second question do I stand a chance of getting visa....because a lot of consultants had told me because I have field for immigration earlier my study visa case will be rejected straight away........kindly clear my doubts

if ur working its not a gap. If u are working its actually good. U had an EE profile u did not apply for immigration until u have received an invitation. So immigration reason shouldnt matter much is my guess

consultants r a scam anyways why do u need them? I had 9 years of work experience before I applied for student visa. If u select the right course and right progression of ur career and education I dont see gap as a problem

courses and college will depend on ur profile but do ur own research its easy to find courses just use internet search

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 55% { 3 years } completed 2014
work in India 2015 to Dec 2018 { as a graphic designer and SEO Executive }
then I came to Dubai Feb 2018
right now I am working in Dubai as a digital marketing manager and graphic designer.
I want to continue my study in computer science next year.

The first question can I apply for study visa.....second question do I change my stream ME to CSE..... any chance of getting the study visa
