I was studying in Canada from 2013-2018. I came back home for about a year or so and was wanting to go back and attend the semester starting Sept. 4. I wanted to ask if I have apply by July 15th, would it be okay or would I be running too close to the deadline? I would have to complete a medical exam but other than that everything else is ready with my application. I will be applying online so I'm guessing the process is alot faster than the paper application. Has anyone applied online from Pakistan before and if so, how long did it take to receive a medical exam. Thank you for your help.
Also, if I receive my visa for Sept, am I able to defer my departure until my next semester or do I absolutely have to go in the Sept. semester?
