Applying for study permit and spousal owl

Hi,

I just got my acceptance letter for an 18month course and my uncle will be sponsoring me....my common law doesn't want me to go alone for all that time...we have a home in Bahamas and 2 kids he wanted to come up with me and get an owp for the time of my study..do u think he could get it and what all should I attach with his application....
