Applying for student visa from Abu dhabi help needed

hi all
i wanted to know when should i apply for visa and how long does student visa take?
i have applied for ICM foundation for setember 17 i have the acceptance letter
i have done my ielts (7.0)
if someone can guide me that when should i apply etc i would appericate the help
i am going to be applying from abu dhabi and currently 17 years old on my dads sponser

As per I know, Normal.Processing time for Abu Dhabi is nearly 3 months. So its better for you to apply as soon as possible.

is there a chance of rejection due to my age?
also what if i miss my session due to visa processing what will happen to my fees paid etc?
