Hello again,

I need inputs from all of those who applied for spouse visa after entering Canada on Study Permit. I actually need to know the average time it takes to apply / and visa processing. Is it easy to apply for spouse from there or have her apply with Study Permit application?? What is the success rate and what are hurdles in this case?

I actually need to decide with in this week for all of this.

Thank you very much :)

I can only talk from home ties issue. if you are married and leaving your wife behind in your homeand it is a big home tie proof. Right, u can not abandon your partner somehow if she gets ill in future u will bound to come back. So u have nailed this home tie reason. It would be a stupid mistake on your part if both of you travel together it will be a clear case of immigrant intent.

Hey. Unfortunately i am in part forced to agree with nazia. Any how i know all the pitfalls regarding your kind of situation but i aint going to advise you because you have immigration intent and abuse of student visa approach.

Well unfortunately, I am not forcing you to advise :) any how.. the situation is, My wife is Type-I insulin dependent patient, so day to day, she need some care or kind of monitoring for her highs and lows.. so.. Immigration is not the final intent.. Knowledge or certificate that I'll earn from there won't be a waste at all if I come back or move to some other place.. I just wanted to ease myself by avoiding cookings, laundry and etc things to focus on study.. while she manages the rest..

Do not ease yourself by avoiding such stuff. In Rome , do as Romans do. Think like a Canadian not like Pakistani. Be independent that's all.

Jiggzy. What you are really saying you want to take your domestic slave with you so you dont have to do the cooking, cleaning etc sorry i mean you want to take your ill wife with you? I like your thinking. Typical Pakistani male thinking! At least one thing is assured for you, you may get to canada but your thinking will always be Pakistani

Yes he is a bitter individual he thinks he has been cooking food laundry since age 4. I'm sure his domestic slave mom must have fed food into his mouth. It is far eAsier to talk than to understand.

Yeah she can manager herself.. She's 24.. But she prefers to have someone around her to help her out immediately.. specially in lows.

jigzy :
if i was you ,i would include my wife in the application ,and then we both would have travelled together.
simple
instead of crying later that i cant do this n that.

here i know people who have hundreds of servants back home n they in their lives never did any home chores....
now they are acting like canadians n they do everythng from laundary to cleaning their toilets....

so complete ur studies n go back n dont beat about the bush ...
dont mind but thats what i have learnt in canada.

it is right sehrish but it will effect on application.....large amount of statement will be show....

chances will decrease....every person do these work in foreign country....nobody want to do that but for

long term future plan is very important.....some time we think that everything is fine we ignore the actual elements...then

you lose the chance but this all depends on person situation,,,if success is luck then both of you,,,if bad luck is here then both face this bad luck...

you already in canada so that you are thinking like this,,,,you feel that every thing is very easy...you know when you was waiting for visa,,,

how much tension you take and worry about ticket...at that time..you did not say...its ok....

am i right ?
