applying for second bachelor degree.....

guys,
I have already 3 year bachelor degree in arts and i want to apply for second bachelor degree (4 year) in canadian university.
will there be any study mismatch issue?is it good idea?. i want to apply for bachelor degree because i want north american bachelor degree and i don't want to apply for diploma/certificate courses.

Not a good idea. Go for 1 year PGD and then get admission in Masters.
